* A premier rep needs to have purchased a Carbon/D1 at NFR price and have regular training.  

Q. Different rewards based on type of partner? (End user, CMS, Reseller, Integrator).  New CMS rep bringing us into a specific project may have a specific reward.  Completion of new CMS project may have specific reward.  i.e Navori rep completes their first project with mediaVue project

Requirement 

  • Graduate MVS Partner Program University (Certificate provided) - SVOP and hardware training 

  • Support package training

  • Active Network Manager training 

Reward

Silver Partner :

Requirement: 

  • Five 50+ player projects 

  • Player demo lab enviorment set up 

  • Regular product training

  • Regular Active Network Manager use for managing players and organizations

  • Access to Silver Level pricing tier  (20% off list)

  • Advanced exchange program provided 

Gold Partner : 

Requirement: 

  • All prerequisites

  • Regular Active Network Manger use for managing players and organizations

“Partner” or “Active Partner” is synonymous with having a support package.  To be a partner, you have to have support package on 80% of your orders. 

Q. Do we give pricing discount off the customer's current pricing or do we do it off of list price.  Doing it off of list price creates more structure on pricing and isn't as adhoc per customer / relationship.  Still need to be flexible on pricing in certain projects. 

Q. Can MediaVue act as a distributor, with a published list price for non partners to purchase?  Projects are still discussed with Sales rep prior to payment going through.

Q. What does a support program for partners who use only Windows look like?  How curated is our Windows OS?

Q. Can we offer content doctors as a paid service?  - or is this apart of the support program?   Can we test project content in house prior to deployment in field to prevent issues.
